David C. Price
David has nearly twenty years of experience in leading teams and organizations in delivering large scale business solutions to over thirty energy companies in the Americas and Europe. In this time, he has worked as a leader both inside the industry and as a solutions provider. He has been at the forefront of developing new technology and business solutions in utility operations, customer service and energy market operations. This has ranged from developing business units from the ground up, to the successful acquisition and integration of other companies.
Several of his previous solutions remain industry standard applications in their respective market sectors to this day.
One of his key roles is the leadership of our Innovation team, which works with our clients in helping them determine opportunities for improvement or quantum steps forward in the way they do business.
A graduate of the Royal Military College, Sandhurst, David combines deep industry knowledge with vision and leadership experience.
Executive Vice President, National Oracle Solutions & Services
Brynley Lee defines the strategy and vision for, and leads all global Oracle-related sales, delivery, and operations activities for us. He is also Executive General Manager for Abaris, our premier Oracle applications and remote database services group.
Brynley has over seventeen years experience in the IT and Management Consulting sector, implementing, developing and defining the business strategy around information technology systems. He has a strong solutions delivery background and has run several large consulting organizations, both within and outside the Oracle orbit. As a professional business executive himself, he specializes in executive-level client relationships and is focused on delivering high value professional services to our customers. Brynley is an expert in the utilization of outsourcing models and distributed (global) delivery methods in particular.
An internationalist with work and life experience all over the world, Brynley is based in Southern California and holds a Master's Degree from the University of Southern California.
Keith Montgomery, PMP
VP, Software & Services
Keith has over 16 years international business development and project management experience. With a background in selling and managing both software and professional services, Keith's amassed a deep level of understanding and expertise in and around solving business problems with technology.
In addition to several years experience working at Fortune 500 companies, he has successfully co-founded two IT services and software organizations. In short, Keith believes in leveraging industry best practices, while remaining agile and innovative enough to serve the dynamic needs of our clients.
At Abaris, Keith leads all business development and resource management on all core offerings. In addition, he is responsible for mentoring the Abaris delivery group on the Abaris Business Intelligence practice.
Vice President, Global Delivery
Dirk is responsible for implementing our Global Delivery Model to support major internal Product Development initiatives as well as external customer engagements. In this capacity, he is responsible for coordination of our Off-Shore Development Center in Chennai, India and for setting up an internal Project Management practice.
Dirk brings over 31 years of IT experience at Ford. During that time, he has held a wide variety of management positions in the areas of applications development, applications support, IT process implementation and improvement, and infrastructure support. Some notable positions include Director of all North American Application Maintenance/Support and Chief Technology Officer for Ford Consumer Connect. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
Vice President, Finance
Shelly Wood joined the Company in February 2007 and previously served as Director of Operations. Shelly has held various financial management positions and her experience spans many functional areas: operations management, financial management, and tax accounting. Shelly has an active CPA license and earned her Masters of Taxation degree from California State University, Fullerton.
Director, Human Resources and Administration
Krista Sheldon joined our company in 2000 and worked in the Corporate Services department overseeing all operational aspects for us. Krista then joined the Human Resources department in 2003 and began serving as HR Manager in 2006. Krista guides and manages the overall provision of HR services, policies, and programs for the entire company. She oversees all areas of HR including Benefits, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Recruitment, Compliance and Performance Management. Prior to joining us, Krista attended St. Mary's College of California where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics.
Vice President, Sales
Sandeep has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing and worked in industries such as Information Technology, Office Automation, Paints, Pharmaceuticals and Textiles. Sandeep is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in building and managing successful business development initiatives dealing with market research, brand management, channel marketing, dealer network solutions, account management and customer relationship management. Sandeep has a Master in Commerce and has earned an MBA degree from Bombay University.
Wayne R. Presley
Vice President, Sales
Wayne is an experienced sales and business professional with over 10 years experience, with a broad range of knowledge and business-to-business experience across a variety of industries. Wayne was previously employed by Synova, Inc. as a Business Development Manager and LogicaCMG as Director of Business Development focusing on new business opportunities throughout North America. Prior to his IT career, Wayne was a Professional Hockey Player for 12 years in the NHL.
